Led Scott Kay design team in the design and development of an integrated lifestyle campaign
for the company’s bridal and fashion divisions. Campaign encompasses advertising, point
of purchase collateral, its first ever e-commerce web site and trade show installations
for the Couture International Jewelry Show installation, which gained positive
industry and social media press.
Served as project manager for all aspects of campaign. Lead teams consisting of designers, merchandising mangers and developers.
Managed creative staff of art director, senior designer, photographer and team of freelance designers, as well as a third party development team. Also managed creative department’s relationships with merchandising and marketing teams.

within Esteé Lauder’s online division while collaborating with a team of designers and programmers
to set processes, standards and style guidelines.
